Very positive

9 reviews: 9 positive, 0 mixed, 0 negative. 9 of 9 recommend it.

Every reviewer rates this very positively and recommends it. Most consider 39mm the right size for the design, find the slim case wears thinner than its specs, credit the revised hands and markers for legibility, and value the antimagnetic chronometer calibre. The main reservations are the polished clasp and links, which most say scratch easily, and lume that several find only borderline for a diver.

Where they differ. The bracelet divides opinion in the details: several reviewers find it supple, well made and the best pairing, while most still flag its scratch-prone polished surfaces. A couple also feel the inner bezel makes the watch look like it is all dial, against broad praise for the design.

Simply excellent: Longines Legend Diver 39mm

Video, 13 minHands-on reviewJan 2024

Very positiveRecommends

The reviewer finds the 39mm Legend Diver excellent: the best-proportioned of the three sizes, with a clean no-date dial, an elegant beads-of-rice bracelet and strong finishing for the price. Caveats include a dial-dominant look, a dressy rather than tool-like appearance, and no quick-release or micro-adjust.
